FOUR CORNERS is privately-financed and charges professional time-based fees similar to those of a law firm or accounting practice. Our services are designed to identify your own individual visa application pathway and to protect you from the significant risk of failure or substantial delay in the immigration process (click here to view our  audited success rate and past client satisfaction).

Fees are NOT charged for our initial QUICK-CHECK eligibility assessment or for brief telephone discussions to determine if we can help you.#

FEES FOR IMMIGRATION ASSESSMENTS & IMMIGRATION ADVICE

Four Corners charges for FULL CHECK immigration assessments starting at £195 per family unit+, Employment Appraisal Reports, residency visa processing and other immigration-related matters. Our re-settlement services are offered FREE to our clients, who also receive a basic FREE JOBSEEKER PROGRAMME.

Please note: Government visa fees, disbursements and third party costs are always additional.

If your circumstances change, you can stop our service at any time WITHOUT PENALTY or further charge, other than a small file closure / document return fee. You can also take over your case yourself at any time and you will only be responsible for our time/costs incurred up to the date of termination. However, no refunds are provided for uncompleted applications.

OPTIONAL: The services provided by our legal & business advisory division, ODG Associates, involve an additional cost, as do Employment Appraisal Reports provided by ODG Recruitment .

VISA PROCESSING - FULL CASE MANAGEMENT

Four Corners is one of only a few professional immigration consultancy agencies offering a FULL CASE MANAGEMENT service, meaning that we handle all aspects of the residence visa application process for you. Our service provides you with comprehensive legal-type representation from start to finish and our experienced consultants deal directly with the immigration authorities and other official bodies on your behalf. 

The general nature of fees are agreed in advance with the final fee depending on case complexity and the type of visa processing required.

WRITTEN FEE QUOTATION

You will receive a written fee quotation with your FULL CHECK immigration assessment stage BEFORE you commit to the visa process or to the services of Four Corners. But as a general indication, our fees are in the few thousands of pounds, and not the few hundreds.

CONVENIENT "PAY AS YOU GO" PAYMENT OPTIONS

Unlike others in the industry, Four Corners has a range of "pay-as-you-go" payment plans, providing you with a variable fee range so you can choose how much assistance you need. Apart from an initial non-refundable "sign-on" fee, our consultants charge on a time-recording basis, similar to a law firm or accounting practice, or they will charge you a monthly file management fee, meaning that you pay on a progressive basis, as and when work is completed on your application**

WHATS EXCLUDED? YOUR AREAS OF "CLIENT OWN RISK" AND "CLIENT OWN RESPONSIBILITY"
Our Service Guarantee covers most eventualities but all clients must accept areas of "client own risk" and "client own responsibility". Due to the constantly changing nature of the immigration regulations and clients own personal circumstances, we strictly do NOT operate a "no win, no fee" refund policy, as we charge on a time-recording basis similar to a law firm or accounting practice. 

Our servics are designed to increase your likelihood of success.The areas of "client own risk" and client own responsibility" are outlined by clicking here or are stated in the Service Agreement which clients sign as they proceed.

*IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION REGULATORY COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Our company places the utmost importance on adhering to the immigration legislation and codes of conduct of the immigration regulatory bodies of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA and UK, and we protect client interests by confirming all specific "immigration advice" solely in writing. Our Receptionists, Personal Relocation Agents, Interpreters, Directors and other administrative staff DO NOT provide specific "immigration advice" in any format and are not permitted to do so, but they can gather clients' personal information and questions, complete the necessary forms for our IAA New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisers / MARA Australian Registered Migration Agents / ICCRC Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants and/or Immigration Lawyers, and deliver their WRITTEN "immigration advice" response and answers to you.
