TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE QUICK CHECK ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT

Purposes

Our 'Quick Check' Eligibility Assessment is designed to provide prospective clients with an easy, free-of-charge means of obtaining a general indication of their eligibility for our services.

It will enable us to judge the suitability of prospective clients to proceed to the next stage; a Full Check Immigration Assessment (a chargeable service involving a more detailed analysis of their personal situation) which will be produced by one of our Registered Migration Agents (MARA), Licensed Immigration Advisers (NZIAA), Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (ICCRC) or immigration lawyers.

Specific Uses

Information submitted via the Quick Check Eligibility Assessment will be examined and you will be advised regarding your eligibility for our services and your likely suitability to proceed to a Full Check Immigration Assessment.

Following submission of a Quick Check form, you may be contacted by one of our Personal Relocation Agents by e-mail or phone call to discuss the possibilities of you proceeding with our services. Please see Regulatory Compliance Notice below for restrictions on the information that our Personal Relocation Agents can provide.

Four Corners Immigration reserves the right to use submitted details to send promotional e-mails or letters to those who have submitted a Quick Check form, in relation to emigration to their stated destination country.

This is not an official form and we make no guarantee regarding your eventual success in applying to emigrate. Please note that the final decision in respect of issuing visas is the responsibility of the relevant government immigration authority and applicants are invited to verify their eligibility with these authorities directly.

Regulatory Compliance Notice: 

Our company places the utmost importance on adhering to the immigration legislation and codes of conduct of the government-appointed regulatory bodies of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA and UK, and we serve to protect client interests by delivering and confirming all specific immigration advice solely in writing.

In contacting us by any means, or by completing any of our online forms (Quick Check, Full Check or Service Agreement), or by instructing us at any stage, you accept our company policy that specific immigration advice will only be provided to you, and accepted and acted-on by you, when it is in writing and signed by our IAA New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisers  / MARA Australia Registered Migration Agents / ICCRC Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants and/or Immigration Lawyers. Our Receptionists, Personal Relocation Agents, Interpreters, Directors and all other administrative staff DO NOT provide specific immigration advice, either verbally or otherwise, and are not permitted to do so, but they can supply general information to you and pass on your details and questions to our officially-registered staff (IAA New Zealand Licensed Immigration Advisers  / MARA Australia Registered Migration Agents / ICCRC Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants and/or Immigration Lawyers). Such administrative staff can also assist you in completing our Full Check Immigration Assessment form and can deliver/read/translate the written immigration advice subsequently provided by our officially-registered staff. We recommend that you do not proceed in any way till you have received the signed written immigration advice  provided by our officially-registered staff. We will not accept responsibility for any actions, loss or damage if you fail to comply with this important company policy.

Data Protection

The information gathered by this Quick Check form will only be used by Four Corners Immigration and will not be passed to any third parties. We shall take all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of this information.

In submitting this Quick Check form you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to the uses of your personal information as stated above.

These terms and conditions shall remain in force until such time as you unsubscribe from our database (either electronically or in writing by contacting one of our agencies or offices).
