Purpose of this form: To determine your eligibility for our service and suitability for being invited to proceed to the next stage: A paid Full Check Immigration Assessment with our Registered Migration Agents or Licensed Immigration Advisors.

The company will collect and store your information in order to provide you with a highly personalised service and we will NOT use that personal data for purposes beyond those deemed necessary to evaluate your eligibility for the use of our services and requirements for being invited to complete a paid Full Check with our Registered Migration Agents and Licensed Immigration Advisors. Consent to use personal data is valid indefinitely or until cancelled in writing by the person in question. We do not and will never disclose your personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc, to any outside parties without your permission.

Our free Quick Check Eligibility Assessment is designed to provide prospective clients with a general indication of their eligibility for using our service. Our Clients Services Agents will determine your suitability for being invited to the next stage and whether or not we can help you. Our Clients Services Agents are not permitted to give specific or formal immigration advice in any way either on a free or paid basis. Our initial eligibility service is not in any way a formal immigration assessment. This may only be completed by a Registered Migration Agent or Licensed Immigration Advisor at the next stage, being the paid Full Check immigration assessment. The company reminds all applicants that the final decision in respect of issuing residence visas is the responsibility of the relevant Government immigration authority and applicants are invited to verify their eligibility with the Government immigration authority directly.
