Processing Your Visa Application
Our personal service is vital for your visa success.
Once you have given instructions to proceed and paid our non-refundable sign-on fee, a Migration Consultant will be assigned to your individual file and they will be responsible for processing your entire residence visa application. Firstly, they will request and review your documents and then set-out your individual immigration pathway. Depending on what your documents say, some changes in your pathway may occur at this stage so we encourage clients to be as flexible possible.
In turn, each of our Migration Consultants works with an officially-recognised Migration Agent to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of your application.
Making sure your visa application succeeds
Your FOUR CORNERS Migration Consultant will take charge of your visa application, check all supporting documents and other information for accuracy and suitability, and also monitor all time-sensitive documents including medical tests and police reports.
Your Officially-recognised Migration Consultant will keep you informed about the progress of your application and will advise you of any changes in immigration policy or official procedures, in order to avoid any unnecessary delays and to take steps to improve the success of your application.
Crucially, your Migration Consultants will submit a formal visa recommendation addressed to the assessing government immigration officer. This written recommendation will;-
- outline the specific visa that they believe you & your family are eligible for,
- clarify your application by focussing on specific government immigration policies and procedures.
- indicate reasons for the chosen visa class and suggest the way in which your case should be processed.
In this way, the visa recommendation can help the assessing immigration officer by highlighting only the relevant area of interest and avoid unnecessary delays.
IMPORTANT: Note the areas of "client own risk" and "client own responsibility" on the Our Servie Gaurantee page and in our Service Agreement.
